The Finance Minister recently told us he had to borrow to pay public sector workers.We already have about 3yrs backlog of health workers who have completed their courses so I'm wondering how they can employ all of them.We've come to a point where the nation shd decide on the frequency at which we go to the World Bank & IMF,they are part of this mess.

  I think govern should stop the system of automatic posting of teachers and nurses doctors and all professions . They should all be made to apply for advertised vacancies. Then interviewed after aptitude tests.so first matter ur batch, if u meet criteria u get the job.
  
  This should be decentralised to districts. This way people in the local areas can apply. It stops people refusing to go where they are posted.
  It will curb the bad attitudes and also allow bad ones to be sacked.
