There's one God who created the universe. We Akans call Him Tweredeampong. That's the same appellation we ascribe to the Christian God. In other words, our ancestors were worshipping the same Christian God before we saw the Whiteman. With the advent of Christianity, God sought to universalize and standardize humanity's worship of him. You cant have different cultures claiming to worship the same God via different worship mechanisms. Read the Old Testament and you would see that some of what our ancestors and fetish priests did (and still do) are in there.

So stop this nonsense about Blacks and Christianity. God doesn't claim one race of people. He chose the Hewish people to bring His son into the world, simply because it was the plan for Him to manifest as human. He could have chosen a Black family to bring His son, Jesus, into the world. Wouldn't the Chinese and Europeans be saying the same nonsense you wrote, if God had done that?

Also, exchange students who spend time abroad do so, primarily for the sociocultural experience as emphasized in her X post. However, Ghanaweb chose to be vague with the caption: "NASA astronaut ... who attended Uni of Ghana". As though it was at Uni of Ghana that she received her physics degree and laid the foundations for her career.
In reality many exchange programs in the late 90s under the "semester in Ghana" model were only 4-5 months long, with other models lasting 10 months (2 semesters).
Again, the primary objective of these programs is to promote deep cultural and linguistic immersion for foreigners, not academics, hence the term "exchange student" i.e cultural exchange.
