  PLEASE BE CAREFUL DEPUTY MINISTER.
  This is a country trying to to woo investors and tourists and you publicly say we have only 8 paramedics. That’s a scare to the outside world. Such issues should be addressed privately and a solution found to deal with it. Who as a tourist will like to visit Gh when there’re only 8 paramedics in the country ? This is quite shameful and it accounts for the high mortality rate in Gh. I am sure she may even leave the ministry after four years when the situation is probably the same or moderately solved. One V8 importation can train about 10 paramedics.

  I think, all major roads should have specialized emergency hospitals to handle accident cases. For example, Tamale Techiman, Kumasi road should have about 2 emergency hospitals. Accra-Kumasi (about 3), etc. This will help save lives in an event of an accident instead of having to transport these victims to major hospitals which are of long distance and congested in terms of traffic

  Reduce food prices and transportation fare. How can a young person pay rent, buy decent food, and transportation to work when they are paid 2000ghc salary ? How ?
