This private jet is Ibrahim Mahama's plane, being turned into an air ambulance to make some profit. It is good business, and he's doing well for himself, but this is not a national asset and will only benefit the top high income earners and expatriates private medivac insurance can pay for this. This is not to fly people to 37 or Korlebu. No, it to fly them abroad in a medical emergency. By far, most Ghanaians will never see the inside of this plane, no matter your medical emergency. Its beyond your means, so look after yourself well.

The Qatar government gifted Donald Plump a 400 million dollar custom plane. Do you think they will fuel and maintain it for him after gifting it? I doubt it.
Unless Mr. Mahama is funding the conversion cost and pledging to fuel and maintain the ambulance jet after it is gifted to the state, there's nothing to see here. Nothing philanthropic about this gesture other than shifting the cost of his old jet to the state that's all.
I appreciate the gesture but let's learn to call a spade a spade.

I also think it's better to use that money to enhance and modernize the existing hospitals in the country and make it affordable for every citizen. If someone or a child in Tanoso or Offinso is in gravely need support for this medical jet, how will they reach them?
And if they do reach them, which hospital in Ghana will the jet take the child to that is advance enough to assist?
Unless the idea here is to have the medical jet on standby to fly friends and family abroad for medical treatment when needs be.
Anyway, that is my two cents. And it's the thought that counts so kudos to him for doing something with the loot.

Let those who stole, are stealing and have the mindset to steal from poor Ghanaians be the daily passengers in the air on the converted air ambulance jet.

As i ask for blessings and protection for Ibrahim Mahama, so do I ask you to protect and heal "thieves and nation wreckers" on their sickbed before the need to be airlifted in the air ambulance to save fuel and logistic costs.

So,is this airplane going to be used only for international evacuation?If no,then how is it feasible to evacuate someone from say kumbungu or Atwima nwabiagya to the needed destination for rapid treatment?It doesn't make sense, helicopters are best to serve for these purposes, especially in a country like Ghana.Sell that Goddamn plane to buy two or three helis to serve for the intended purpose. This is just food for thought.Unless you have ulterior motives that only God knows.Word !
