Is this to inconvenience the average traveller to service the so called VVIPs; and they get escorted with protocol motor-bikes to avoid the crazy traffic because of poor roads. The VVIPs don't get to feel the pain we all feel so they will always say Ghana is great and hospitable while the average Ghanaian traveller bears the brunt of the inefficiencies.
