Do you just want to malign the people of Sefwi? Did you read the article very well? Please be respectful. I can say that the mother of the girl really needs mental evaluation, put to trial and made to do not less than 10 years of mandatory Prison time. This is real wickedness and she needs to be allowed to spend a lot of time in the Penitentiary. The mother is just extremely wicked and if allowed to have it with an easy punishment, she can kill a child the next time. Can she be held in solitary confinement at Kamina or Gondar Barracks and be given daily severe Military punishment until she is sentenced into Prison custody? Was the mother on some substances like Weed, Cocaine or APIO. Let her trial take long while she languishes in Military custody.
I will also suggest that after her Prison Sentence, she should not be allowed to live in any house where there are people under 18 years old and be made to stay more than a mile from where there are children under 18 years. If she can’t find any place like that, she should be allowed to live in Prison custody until any such place is found by her. At the Prison, she should be sent to areas where the inmates are violent and can severely punish and abuse her. By now, she has regretted from her stupidity but she should not be given any light Prison Sentence.

Some Northerners become thieves when they migrate to the South and they can’t find work to do or have any accommodations. I know that they can discipline their children who become very wayward with Horsewhip but shall never chop off the toe of a daughter for any reason. The mother is just barbaric and inhuman.
