Where is Ken Ofori Atta as we speak, is he a free man; has any Ghanaian minister of Finance ever run away from Ghana to avoid accountability. As for this your stealing from Farmers accusation, it can not hold water as you well know the situation facing Cocoa prices on the world market. As a result, citizens have now adopted a culture of making money at all costs, even through illegal means.
