We also need records of everyone entering into the country irrespective of your country of citizenship for security reasons.

2. Is it the free SHS scheme? Ghana has had free education of varying type since the Kwame Nkrumah era along with scholarships administered through Scholarship Secretariat. Programs that were well designed, implemented and funded have been sustained since 1960; free SHS had to be rescued by a better NDC government despite NPP's failure to heed the NDC advise of phased implementation
3. Is it all the 1D1.....fiasco? How many farms, private or government do you know are currently receiving irrigation water from 1D1D failed promise? How many youth are employed via the 1D1F or 1D1million lie?
4. Is it the agenda 111 hospitals? Where can you find a completed and operational hospital under Agenda 111?
