  He should get out more. Judges don't care about the letter or intent of the law, so why should the people? They routinely overlook incorrect pleadings -- wrong names, for instance -- clear perjury, process server malfeasance, and other routine procedures that brings Lady Justice to tears. In the villages, Magistrates behave like children -- shouting and yelling, abusing their power after the slightest perceived slight, and other boorish behavior that make bushmen look like gentlemen and scholars.
