There is s no single small town without an industrial zone in Europe. People who come by some money don’t build the biggest palaces. They set up businesses selling milk, cheese, potatoes, wine, metal fabrication, farming equipment and packaging materials, to mention a few. These small beginnings mature into million dollar companies by the second or third generation. In Ghana, particularly among the Akans, millions in dollar equivalent and time are buried in graves alongside the corpses. It happens every week. Afterwards, we cry for roads, hospitals and drainage. Fools.

I live in one of the Assin towns and I have personally visited the palace and the town. It's neat. The comparison with Damesua is also unfounded. Damesua has paved majority of its roads. In Assin Kushea, nature is very much conserved.
