Was it that any member of his office deliberately did that as vengeance against the gentleman? So, why should Ghanaians take the OSP serious for anything? This is so scandalous and must never be swept under the carpet. The gentleman should be compensated for the psychological stress he went through leading to his treatment at the Psychiatric hospital at Pantang.
