Let such Criminals from anywhere in the world die in Prison if they should be. Such Criminals should be sent to horrible Prisons like the Ankarful Prison. Let them suffer. Just underfeed them and work in chains outside and accompanied by unfriendly and intolerable Guards with very wild Prison Dogs that can attack when ordered to. Let such criminals find the Prisons in Ghana very uncomfortable.
When it is time for them to sleep at night, let them be in chains still for the first three years . Immediately deport all the foreigners who are criminals and ban them for ever coming back to Ghana again. If they come back to Ghana and get involved in any crimes with crimes that are violent, let them spend 20 years mandatory Prison term in Chains with Hard Labor.
