But GES too must give him a fair (disciplinary) hearing before carrying out any punitive action, per their own rules.

Education is a Right for ever child which is also constitutional but there is no one enforcing that right in that country called GHANA. So if this Right is denied the people, me and you should rise for them

Now, people will have to survive and create a path for their future survival including these children who will have this educational opportunity. If Nelson Mandela had a docile mindset, South Africa would have still been in servitude. If Kwame Nkrumah had this laid back attitude, Ghana and most parts of Africa would have still been under colonial rule.

This is a situation therefore where citizens will have to take the bull by the horn.

I support the Head teacher and i will personally donate to hire a top lawyer or approach one of my classmates who is a top lawyer in Ghana to fight for this teacher.

Trust me, if this happened in a serious country, the heads of education would have resigned immediately this video was aired.
