This must stop as that's how our scare foreign currency is siphoned out to the detriment of us all. We should give more contracts to Ghanaian companies and of there capacity issues which I'm sure there are, we should require joint venture of local with foreign companies to built the needed local capacities. That's what the Chinese did in the beginning and now they are able to stand on their own feet. We should further encourage Ghanaian companies to team up and bid for contracts where capacity is an issue!
