Avram Grant should be part of the management because of his experience with the Black Stars, taking us to AFCON finals and also semi finals. He is also the only one who has experience about our current problem, he took over the team 2 months before AFCON finals and did the magic by taken us to the finals. George Boateng should also be part because of his experience in the Qatar 2022 world cup and his familiarity with the current players, we must add a manager who was part of the 2022 Qatar finals for consistency sake and then lastly Desmond Offei because of familiarity with the current squad

The same however, cannot be said for Mr. Paintsil. Though he distinguished himself as a player, he had no known significant coaching achievements before being engaged with the Black Stars. One even wonders, what criteria was used for his engagement.
