He was till a drug addict who killed a suspect and was finally handed a Murder and life sentence. Maybe now that he is out, he may have resumed his former profession and bragging. The President should need give him a pardon.

We easily forget things, Ghana Police of the 1980s (During the revolutionary era) is different from today.I am not saying what Yaya and sackey did was right , however there were young and inexperience officers in their job. Newly (passed out) from training and working without proper supervision. What were 2 new constables doing with a suspect? where was the Inspector in charge of the station ? Did he provide any written statement?. Did the station officer testify in court?. Was the station officer aware his constables were under the influence of illicit substances ( wee and alcohol).There is more to this case that people dont know.May the diseased rest in peace . Let Yaya and Sackey also be left alone , they have sufferd enough. chonko chonko.

The case was not properly investigated and the judiciary could not apply the law properly.
