The success or importance of the likes of Miracles Aboagye in Ghana has been built precisely because of many Ghanaians with loyalty to tribe and political party and those who defer to presumed smart/educated folks to tell them if its a rainy day or clear skies.

Miracles Aboagye, by any reasonable evaluation, will end up at the deceptive /jandam section of any scale for these reasons:
(a) his conclusions that attributes blame to government should have listed at least 5 major system upgrades undertaken by the previous government administration that enhanced any module of operations at ECG
(b) correlation between any known improvement of the ECG operations - be it modernization of sub-stations, new ECG power cable installations and upgrades, access to parts, supplies and ECG hardware, power generation and distribution or at least efficiencies in the collection of revenues from consumers- and government investment of cash infusion or knowledge additions via transfer, sharing or mentoring.

What Miracles Aboagye is doing is nothing more than a slick oil or used car salesperson. There are plenty roaming around Ghana lately.
