Hmmm. This is funny. Was the woman wealthy before she married the man or she just married him to harvest from his wealth. If it was in Uncle Sam’s country, even the paltry amount given to her by the court would not have been enjoyed by her. If the husband is a kind of a wicked man, he will pay the money but try to find some street thugs to kill the woman, especially in a country where people can easily buy Guns that are unregistered from the street. Women, love yourself and your children. Many men will not like to pay that much amount to a former wife who will remarry and enjoy the money with her new husband.
It is also important that couples study each other for some time but not rush into marriages of convenience. One partner can be killed by thugs hired to do that.
If the couple opened everything together just as they married and started life, then the amount awarded the lady is not enough. Anyway, if she is careful and spends carefully and invest the amount awarded her, she will not be poor again. After all, she has her own place to live now. It has now become important that before marriage, both partners should have a pre marital nuptial agreements. If not and one decides to cheat and treat the other unfairly and dupe the person, then the one duped should find settlement in the Traditional African way. The best way to do it is to consult a very powerful oracle and make the one who duped the other go permanently blind and suffer mobile disability until the cheater returns every compensation and not to reclaim anything again.
I don’t know why they have divorced but if the wife faulted the man and demanded such compensation during the divorce, then she is going to find any other serious man to marry. If the man also treated her unfairly, then he is greedy and the punishment from the court serves him right.

HONESTLY LADIES AND GENTLEMEN. I am so delighted about the judgement of the judge. The judge deserves immediate promotion to the supreme Court. If you look at the interest of the divorce it is bond out of greed. How do you explain a mother personal interest against three children plus a loving husband? Technically the husband is not broke and has the capacity to care for his children and you his wife. What is the crime of your husband against you his wife such that you could not forgive him at least looking at your innocent young children who will go through trauma because of your selfish interest as a mother your heart is as hard and wicked as Satan himself. If for nothing at all consider the well-being of the children first though whatever he might have done against you could be very painful but honestly once there are children involved just look the other way and forgive your husband.
I want to use this splendid opportunity to advice all women the moment there are children involved please don't divorce your husband else you have transferred undue and unsolicited suffering for your children for no faults committed. Wives be kind hearted and accept to swallow the bitter pills because of your children one day you will look for me and thank me greatly. I leave you with peace.

I want to know why the woman who filed for divorce instead of giving a share of what she acquired during the life of the marriage to her husband but rather the husband has to pay her for her personal decision to leave the marriage? Simple example for clarity sake if your landlord ask you to vacate his room then he will refund the remainder of the rent and compensate you by giving you more time and cash for inconvenience. Technically the wife is supposed to rather pay her husband for leaving the marriage in the United kingdom Adele The Popstar musician had to pay her husband for filing for a divorce and her property she acquired was shared for the husband as compensation for leaving the marriage so in this case I think the appeals court should use the The Popstar Adele case as somewhat bases to order her to pay compensation to her husband when this is done in Ghana no woman will be willing to file for divorce again because they are naturally greedy they don't care about love and your heart in fact now they say they don't do love and dating anymore so what do they do then?
