The indigenous people were not also accepting Islam nor Christianity from the Arabs and Europeans to allow the fallacious control of Colonizers. Why should the NPP be ashamed? The ones that should be ashamed are the =Ghana government and its representatives responsible for overseeing the extradition request. The Ghana government just can't make a request to the USA government for Ken's extradition without carefully following the processes of cases pending against accused in USA courts. Is there any reason why the OSP did not request a forwarding of a copy of an extradition request to the Immigration Judge, given that the Judge had earlier made it clear that the court needs to see a copy of such extradition request before making any decision on bail for Ken? It's the OSP's responsibility to take steps to ensure that the USA authorities overseeing any extradition request are complying with requests from other courts regarding submission of copies of an extradition order. The ICE attorneys are not working in Ghana's interest, and Ghana has the responsibility to ensure that necessary documents needed by an ICE court are made available to ICE attorneys for submission to the ICE Judge. Yes, the extradition case is in the hands of the USA authorities, but it's the responsibility of Ghana's OSP work with USA authorities to ensure that all court related requests are complied with. That can easily be accomplished by the OSP retaining a private USA law firm to keep an eye on all court cases pertaining to the accused person and advise on all proceedings in these courts. One wonders if the OSP up to the challenge regarding this extradition matter. Making noise to please the Ghana public is one thing, and diligently pursuing a court matter that Ghana has initiated is another.
