How can a bank be a sole propriatorship? The woman should provide the documents to show how much she contributed to get 50% shares.

Marriage issue is different from the business, so if she wants her share of the business, she must file a separate petition on that.
Marriage Is Not a COMMERCIAL TRANSACTION. The Company is a Separate Entity on its own governed by the Companies Act.
