Currently, GIS facing serious infrastructure problem and have petitioned the government through the board chairman to help facelift the deficit in that regard. Standing therefore shows the kind of seriousness the problem is and therefore demands the attention of all stakeholders.

  There's a reason for the background used. It's very intentional and strategic. Currently, GIS facing serious infrastructure problem and have petitioned the government through the board chairman to help facelift the deficit in that regard. Standing there therefore shows the kind of seriousness the problem is and therefore demands the attention of all stakeholders. It shows that their buildings need renovation aside new ones.
