Legally and otherwise by common sense the one who files for the divorce is the one who suppose to settle the spouse who did not first file for a divorce. I want to know why the woman who filed for divorce instead of giving a share of what she acquired during the life of the marriage to her husband but rather the husband has to pay her for her personal decision to leave the marriage? Simple example for clarity sake if your landlord ask you to vacate his room then he will refund the remainder of the rent and compensate you by giving you more time and cash for inconvenience. Technically the wife is supposed to rather pay her husband for leaving the marriage in the United kingdom Adele The Popstar musician had to pay her husband for filing for a divorce and her property she acquired was shared for the husband as compensation for leaving the marriage so in this case I think the appeals court should use the The Popstar Adele case as somewhat bases to order her to pay compensation to her husband when this is done in Ghana no woman will be willing to file for divorce again because they are naturally greedy they don't care about love and your heart in fact now they say they don't do love and dating anymore so what do they do then? Over to you appeals court judges. I leave you with peace.

Some ladies are fund of pulling down men when through divorce when they see that money has come.
The SINGATON lady walked away without asking for a dime. But this Mrs Quaye is leaving and still wants what? This lady wanted money, not divorce. Because if she wants divorce, she's given o, she's given.
When men are broke, their wives walk away without mercy. But when they're rich, wives want to divide the riches and walk away with it.
Those riches are for the children, why should it be given to her? After all, the children are also hers.

I THINK THE LAW SHOULD BE CHANGED.
The one who files for divorce should be given if there are justifiable reasons. But that person should walk away empty since he or she decided to.
Then when a marriage partner is being sacked, the sacker should compensate.
