Young man, you can handle this very easily. Just get a good lawyer and sue your sister in court for your house. Think about your Children too. Your sister is just being greedy and wicked and doesn’t think about you and your children. Get the case to the Law Court immediately and let the Court give her an ultimatum to vamoose from your house. Think about the future of your Children first and leave your greedy and selfish sister alone. You will be a fool and useless person to transfer the ownership of your house to her when you have Children yourself.

I understand you because you can be very right. What I don’t understand is why the sister wants the house transferred into her name for 50000 Cedis. That smells very odd. Why should the man not have a room in his house, and even rooms for his children? When the Guy gets the 50000 Cedis, what is he going to use it for? Drugs, Alcohol, and Women.
Why has the Guy not got a room in his own house, and even some for his Children? Should he be made homeless? The sister and other family members, including his children should seek mental health treatment for him if they should think he needs one. Truly, l think that the sister is trying to use a fraudulent means to take away his property.
If the man is suspected of having some mental health issues, his children and the rest of the family should be involved and she should not think of having the documents of ownership of the house transferred to her name. I smell rat here. Now the issue has come into the media, the Children and other family members should get involved. I honestly think that the sister wants to acquire the property of the man.
