They were good dancers, ball dribbling wizards, drummers, politicians and those who hunted, married many wives. When it comes to innovation and technology to advance societies, our leaders mostly can’t think and the results are abysmal. Using this Voxy Topic, we see once again that school education and degrees alone don’t transform livelihoods, bring us the needed change. In Africa, to be placed in a position of leadership has nothing to do with having superior brains. You only need the right political or family connections. Here again, AMALIBA and his Team have demonstrated their inadequate intelligence and Low IQ to the world. Let me first admit that the problem we call Voxy raises legitimate concerns. No one should ignore that. But the solution is not to ban their use. Point by point, every issue raised by the NRSA can be resolved and according to my little two lobed brain, with the necessary amendments. Armed Robbery and Prostitution are driven by behavioural weaknesses. If poverty and the dire need to find food caused these two evils, then all of us at some point should have become armed robbers and harlots. AMALIBA can’t compare the technical issues about the Voxy with human reactions. How could the ECG relate power outages to dog meat consumption by Amaliba’s Village Chief? It’s stupid. The NRSA, Police MTU, Ministry of Transport, Roads and Highways Authorities and the Government are ran by people with similar mindset, the African Mindset. Their priorities are about making as much money in the shortest possible time during the political cocoa season. They care less about accidents, overloading, overspeeding, poor maintenance, drunk driving, unqualified drivers, bad roads, lack of signage, etc. So how can Amaliba be different and take the issues of the Voxy item by item to work out intelligent solutions? He’s braindead. Toyota Tsusho Ghana is owned by CFAO. They know it’s possible to programme the speed of the Voxy, set the maximum limit at say 130 km/h instead of the standard 240 km/h. The low body to ground spacing can also be corrected with different rims and tyres. Overloading problems? When I checked, the seating configuration can be changed. If Amaliba can’t think far, he should at least take a look at Airline seating arrangements for airplanes. With the Left/Right Hand Steering, we have the men. The least educated Africans without law degrees at Kokompe and Magazine can do it. Amaliba shouldn’t take the money to the descendants of rebranded colonial companies like CFAO. We can setup one very good indigenous entity operating from the outskirts of Tema to handle the steer position change. If Ghanaians find money to buy private jets and excavators, borrow $500m for galamsey operations, then $20m to setup a Voxy Re-Engineering Centre at Dahwenya or Prampram are peanuts. Amaliba shouldn’t insult us again if his brains underthink and fail to see possible solutions to the Voxy situation. He won’t be happy reading my next commentary if he comes back to bare the contents of his dawadawa filled head.

What are the causes of the accidents? Are they mechanically caused or human errors or by the nature of the roads? If mechanical, what is the nature? Answering these questions will bring clarity to the issue.
