  This case could have been a test case and an eventual white paper on Ghana's National-ID system with a presumed biometric database for its backend to prove; we could prove if the system can and do flush out duplications and forgeries.
  
  Unfortunately, we cannot confidently say one way or the other because the $1+ billion system was used by the erstwhile Akufo-Addo/ Dr. Bawumia government to issue 2 National-ID cards for the same Rev Kusi Boateng who submitted applications using different information on his father and mother while with his biometric information.
  
  Now the NPP that chooses to bury their heads in the sand must never forget the irreperable damage or legacy credibility issue the have bequeathed subsequent government administrations. This should be a reminder to a presumed economist that had the nerve of a brass ass you-know-what who was passing out economic questions to others only to show himself as a fake one and a technology wannabe expert.
