Can we handle any such hidden character? I am just asking. Why can’t we train Ghanaians as our Coaches? With our poor financial situation, it would have been better to employ a Ghanaian coach who should not be dictated as to how he can select his team and players who should be selected to play matches for Ghana.
It is better to camp our local football players for long as was done at the time of Kutu Acheampong at Winneba for long. And unfortunately Kutu Acheampong was given a stupid and nasty Military Tribunal Trial and sentenced to death. Yes, he was horribly murdered by Efo Julor John Rawlings who headed that evil and foolish regime but was intimidated to sign for his execution by Boakye Djan after being prosecuted by Tsikata who had no shame and regret that he prosecuted innocent people, especially well respected Military Officers, some of who were very respectable Military Generals. I am waiting for the day that Anlo-Ewe Prosecutor for Efo”s AFRC Tribunals will suffer from an incurable and painful disease like Pancreatic Cancer and die miserably in a very painful death. I just hated and still hate that Military Junta from the Bottom of my Heart.

Also, there is too much FREFRE KOBO in our Black Stars. Some of the players have never seen each other play before in any serious competition. How can we win any match?

Under normal circumstances, I would have needed to bring those evil times back into memory but it is unfortunate that many Ghanaian Youth do not know and understand what happened because they were not born or were babies. I am sorry but we have to let young Ghanaian Youth know what happened. I have been expecting a very good book on what happened then for Ghanaians to read. I am thinking of putting one up.
I am sorry about how people from the North were used, abused, and relegated to the fringes as if they played no meaningful roles in the Politics of Ghana under Efo Julor John Rawlings. It is unfortunate that some Ghanaians, especially members of the NDC who benefited from that atrocious regime don’t see anything that went on wrong. And some do so because of ethnicity.
Having expressed your concern about my postages about Rawlings and Boakye Djan’s evil and wickedness during that time, I will respectfully try to tone down on what I put down in condemning the AFRC regime. Sometimes, I pity Efo Rawlings because he was quite young, lived all his life in Accra, and attended the prestigious Achimota school and did not understand much about our Social fabric and what he was doing but were urged on by some matured Anlo Ewe people and Boakye Djan. I very much know Rawlings personally at Osu Police Station near the Regal Cinema where he brought his children there to learn how to ride Horses.
Personally, I have acquainted with him many times because some of my friends were his trusted workers. Naturally, he was very playful, especially with children. Can you believe that he sometimes played GUTTER TO GUTTER soccer with the children of the Police while his son and daughters were learning how to drive. I know he was not really personally involved in the many atrocities that went on but he was the head. The British have a saying that “UNEASY LIES THE HEAD THAT WEARS THE CROWN.. Since he was the Head of that Military Junta, many Ghanaians, especially the Akans like the Kwahu, Asante Akyem Akwapem will never like him in any way. I have learned that my brothers from the North who fought and put him to power now don’t like him anymore.
I shall calm down in my reportages , particularly on what happened.
I appreciate you read my postings and I shall respect your concerns. Let us hope that his followers don’t trump him as a Holier than Thou person to urge me to respond. Thank you very much.

What I am rather worried about is that, Carlos is a Portuguese citizen. For your uneducated mind, Portugal is a country that captured and sold tens of millions of African slaves. It was the Africans who started trading with the Arabs of North Africa and the Indians. How did we get Black Indians in the World? They are descendants of Black people who were sold to the Indian Slave Traders and sent across the Indian Ocean to be used as slaves. I always blame African Kings for leaders for going to war against each other and selling conquered people into Slavery. Europeans did not get into the interior and forested areas of Africa for Slaves. Don’t blame the Europeans that much. They were engaging in a legitimate trade at that time. The culture of the time according to one Asantehene that I interviewed in front of my students during a Field Trip was that “AT THE TIME OF THE SLAVE TRADE, IT WAS EITHER YOU GO TO WAR AGAINST YOUR NEIGHBORS, CONQUER AND SELL THEM INTO SLAVERY OR GET CONQUERED BY A NEIGHBORING ETHNIC GROUP AND SOLD OUT INTO SLAVERY.
