We have Lands stretching miles on end and instead of forming “State Farms” or Workers Union, or Brigade Farms with these youths and making them Responsible people than what they are going through now. We need our OWN System of Governance to make people USEFUL.

Also, admission shoyld be done every two years to allow the government clear the backlog. This mass production is not helping, because 95% of teacher trainees want to be employed by the government
