Does Banku not go with Okro and beef stew or Okro and and fish stew well prepared, with the bones in the fish removed? Do the Ewes and Gas who eat this meal combination almost daily not have a special way of preparing this? Most Ghanaians copy everything so blindly.

Knowing that some Ghanaian women graduated from Fried Rice to Banku and Tilapia, could it be that this woman was ordering only Banku and Tilapia during her dates with men, that might have caused bones to choke her throat leading to throat cancer?

How can she associate her throat illness to excessive consumption of banku and tilapia because it became her favourite meal?

We thank her for coming up with this important information about the consequences of eating banku and tilapia.as daily meal. Her experience may be a lesson to other ladies to desist from ordering banku and tilapia while on date and rather switch to Pizza, which isn't cheaper in Ghana either, but less harmful than banku and tilapia because it's prepared with boneless meat or fish.

Cos almost e eryone there has experienced fish/ Tilapia bone stock in their throat.i hope your diagnosis of cancer is accurate. I have an uncle who was diagnosis in a ghanaian hospital in a cra with 4th state prostate cancer, the doctor and hospital wete so reluctant on gi en their diagnosis is writing as the children wanted him out of ghana for effective medical care. Only to be told that no cancer cels were found in his system.
