This company ECG has become a joke under Jinapor, they stared off well when NDC came in but over the last 6 months their service deliver in my area where I live, McCarthy Hill is a joke. My GF area as well, around race course is an even bigger joke in terms of power stability. I believe this company is about quantity of power supply to the consumer home but useless at quality of the power provided. Phases going off for months and they are still out, daily power outages sometimes for 2 days no power, all your freezer food spoils, your electrical devices are spoilt when/if power is restored because of no protection from the high voltage once it returns. No idea what this company is doing but they come every year for these insane electricity bill increases, for what nobody knows. A very poorly run power company…
