  if you are reporting please get your fact right before you do so, the person allegedly came to campus and stole a students bag with laptop and phones in an exam center and he was chased and arrested by the security man on duty at the center.
  he even attacked the security officer when he was arrested and because that part was not recorded, you have drawn your own conclusions.
  That man has been arrested on three occasions and sent to legon police for theft on campus.
