  What will destroy this nation than legislating that Indian Hemp can be grown on commercial bases in Ghana. Cocoa, Gold, diamonds etc etc couldn't take Ghana out of this economic quagmire is it India Hemp that can salvage us?

  This guy is not an expert. An expert would have known that the lead agency in fighting narcotic drugs in Ghana is Narcotics Control Commission, not any of the agencies he mentioned. In Ghana any person with the help of the media can all of a sudden become an expert who knows next to nothing about their so called area of expertise!
