Tsatsu should do away with his bitterness and accept his defeat. Why would a lawyer of his standing be lamenting daily over a ruling that was passed 5 years ago? The NPP had similar concerns in 2016 when the Atuguba led panel declared it for the Tsatsu led John Dramani's defense against the Akufo-Ado's petition, despite the NPP's concerns about conflict of interest. There's no problem if you disagree with the Supreme Court ruling, but it just doesn't make sense to disagree when you failed to provide the figures to prove your case. The days of Kangaroo courts where Tsatsu thrived are over. You don't accuse the electoral commission of doctoring figures, yet when called upon to testify you would rather the EC prove your case for you. I am not a lawyer, but the day Asiedu Nketia said in the witness box that he didn't come to the court with their own collated figures was the moment of defeat to their petition. Asiedu who has been the frontline officer of NDC's elections for decades couldn't use a simple Makola calculator to add up figures in the witness box, and you want me to believe you had a case? Excuse me! We know Tsatsu is doing all these because he wants to use every means to get Jean Mensah removed. No one on earth has ever won a court case like the way the NDC wanted to win the 2020 election petition with zero evidence to support their claims. It's a big shame for Tsatsu to lament over a baseless petition. If Tsatsu has the correct figures now he is free to release them, and Ghanaians who seek the truth will do the math themselves to know the correct 2020 results. I am not a statistician but I can add up 15 million votes in one day, which Asiedu and his team couldn't do for months even with the help of a certain PhD Statistician. That itself is a clear sign of no case. Instead they came to fish evidence from Jean Mensah which is not fair in litigations and the Supreme Court knows that. I rest my case!

The gazetted 2020 Ghanaian general election results declared Incumbent President Nana Akufo-Addo of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) winner with 6,730,587 votes (51.302%) and John Dramani Mahama of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) with 6,213,991 votes (47.359%). The final, revised, and gazetted parliamentary results showed 137 seats for the NPP and 136 for the NDC, with 1 independent and 1 seat outstanding (Sene West).

One of the achievements to me by Mahama's government is the impeachment of Gertrude Torkonoo who was even worse than Anim Yeboah. It was good Mahama did not become the president in 2020 but that gave the NPP a humiliating defeat in the 2024 general elections. I am not an NDC member or sympather but never again the NPP in the next 16 years! With Bawuliar as the flagbearer of the NPP, another humiliating defeat is awaiting the NPP if the Mahama's government does well.
