It's unfortunate that Prof. Prempeh, a man who sat as chair for the constitutional amendment committee could post such gutter level advise without reflection or second thought. The people who put the Ghana constitution together did not do so thinking they had any and all foreseable problems covered. And if my guess is right, then I can assure you, Prof. Prempeh, that those who made the Special Prosecutor office did not do so thinking they had everything covered either.

But assuming the articles that established the OSP was flawlessly perfect, it fell short when it failed to specify the perfect fit for the post in a political atmosphere where the president came into office infusing God into Ghana's tainted politics and an NPP majority government that has normalized stealing, mismanagement and state capture as desired Ghanaian triat in NPP's infamous "property seeking" democracy.

It is, therefore, the height of tribal bigotry, intellectual dishonesty, love for political party over love of country, Prof Prempeh, if you can advise that an inefficient, uneffective, partisan hack that has nothing to show Ghana for the hundreds of millions spent to just sit and enjoy the money.

Professor Prempeh is a nation wrecker. With his level of education, he totally lacks patriotism. I expect him to fully get a grasp of what is happening and give a well-meaning response but not to tell sworn-in officers to sit down, do no work and take your pay and budget. This professor is corrupt and must not come near nation-building. Ghanaians must take a second look at the work he did whilst chairing the constitution review committee. I am deeply disappointed in this twerp.
