(1) 1982 to 1992 — for the illegal suspension of the Third Republican Constitution (1979) by a military junta. Alienation of the freedoms and rights of others to political choice and participation in governance through universal adult suffrage;

(2) 1972 to 1979 — for the illegal suspension of the Second Republican Constitution (1969) by a military junta. Alienation of the freedoms and rights of others to political choice and participation in governance through universal adult suffrage;

(3) 1966 to 1969 — for the illegal suspension of the First Republican Constitution (1960) by a military junta. Alienation of the freedoms and rights of others to political choice and participation in governance through universal adult suffrage;

(4) 1965 to 1966 — for the illegal declaration of Ghana as a One Party State, leading to the exclusion of all others to participate in future general elections, and the alienation of their freedoms and rights to association and choice of political persuasion; and

1. He allegedly snatched someone's wife and what they, using his power at that time, allegedly did to eliminate him. I refer to Esther Cobba's former husband.
2. The circumstances that led to the damning state of GNPC and the distabilizing effect it had on the economy. There are IMF and World Bank reports on that. Kwesi Botchwey resigned as a result.
3. How he was part of the Military Junta, before, during and after the murder of the three high Court judges a d rtd army officer. And helped it to oversee more killings. Refer to Ato Ahwoi’s book.
4. How much money GNPC gave him when Mahama came to power after the successful election petition?
5. How he allegedly impregnated his own student while in Legon. The child now an adult is called “Manifest”.
6.. Explain the irony that upon all the opportunities Legon offered brilliant young faculty, he, Tsatsu Tsikata does not possess even a Masters degree.
Ask just three of these questions. I bet he will never allow you to interview him again. He will just wax English round and round.
