  (1) 1982 to 1992 — for the illegal suspension of the Third Republican Constitution (1979) by a military junta. Alienation of the freedoms and rights of others to political choice and participation in governance through universal adult suffrage;
  
  (2) 1972 to 1979 — for the illegal suspension of the Second Republican Constitution (1969) by a military junta. Alienation of the freedoms and rights of others to political choice and participation in governance through universal adult suffrage;
  
  
  (3) 1966 to 1969 — for the illegal suspension of the First Republican Constitution (1960) by a military junta. Alienation of the freedoms and rights of others to political choice and participation in governance through universal adult suffrage;
  
  
  (4) 1965 to 1966 — for the illegal declaration of Ghana as a One Party State, leading to the exclusion of all others to participate in future general elections, and the alienation of their freedoms and rights to association and choice of political persuasion; and
  
  (5) 1960 to 1965 — for the illegal declaration of One Mortal Man as a Life President, leading to the exclusion of all other persons to the contest for the presidency, subsequently, and the alienation of the freedom and right of all others to political choice.
