The truth is that no politician today, both NPP and NDC really want to fight corruption because the feed and live on it.
99% of corruption in Ghana is through procurement so if they abide by the procurement law as it is, 90% of corruption will be eliminated and we won’t need a scam office like OSP

Interestingly it is a former Deputy AG who raised the issue. Someone who should have ensured the EI authorisation was given by the AG (then Godfred Dame). Fault the current AG too for not issuing the EI when they discovered it was never issued. The OSP both past and present also deserve blame for not applying for the authorisation. No wonder we have not read any epistle on this matter yet. The way forward is for the OSP to apply for it and or the AG just issuing the EI. It has all been "much ado about nothing", typical of lawyers.

So, assuming the Attorney General has been involved in corrupt activity and the OSP investigates him, do you expect the Attorney General to take himself to court, prosecute himself, and ensure he is convicted?
