The Policeman should be immediately interdicted, investigated,, put to trial and fired and imprisoned if found guilty. If this is not handled properly and correctly, let the Electricity workers put the whole of Accra into darkness and go on strike. Mahama and the IGP will not want that. Fire that Police Fool and let him join the Unemployed List which is just getting increasingly long because of the many Universities propping up like Mushrooms and also the Free Education system. He might have been enlisted because of Protocol or Political Party affiliation.

If you are in a restricted private space, ,you are to seek permission, but not a private space with public assess like a shopping mall, market etc, you dont need permission from any person. If this recording wasnt captured how will this disgusting clown wearing a police uniform spitting at a taxpayer funded government agency vehicle. Imagine the window was open. Sample of the sputum should be taken and tested for drugs. He should be sacked, stripped of his uniform on national television and held in custody till court then jail. These are the type of officers who rent their weapons to hardened armed robbers.
