Any store owner would have detected it on the first day, and taken measures, like letting her assistant confirm paymeny by phoning her before responding to the order.

They convince and offer China manufacturers cheap shipping and turn around to fleece customers when goods arrive in Ghana. They always find ways and means eg. your goods are not on Master List, to dupe importers. Please beware
