What of if some of these universities/institutions are recognized my UNESCO and are in their database as a list of recognized universities

Odeon Bonsu, you are right. These guys go and pay to get these degrees, enriching those shadowy founders of these institutions. Some of these schools even have their addresses as drinking bars. GTEC continue the good fight.

We will take GTEC to court soon. This is a platform for universities recognised worldwide by UNESCO and the International Association of Universities.
The UNESCO in partnership with the International Association of Universities (IAU), maintains the World Higher Education Database (WHED) Portal which recognises some of these universities. This database lists over 22,000 accredited or recognized higher education institutions in 196 countries, identified by unique IDs.

You can't sit in your country and decide which degrees are accepted and which ones aren't. Tell the public why you don't recognise them. Education is changing my friend. Embrace the world because nothing is static. In the advent of A.I and with the proliferation of knowledge, one cannot be so biased. We will.take GTEC to court soon to prove why it is rejecting some universities even when the U.K government recognises some of these institutions and the degrees awarded.

We will take them to court to have them address the criteria for the de-selection and their refusal to accept certifications from some of these institutions. You can't just publish stuff without providing relevant context to the public
