Kissi Agyebeng’s answer did not equate to the OSP being an unconstitutional body. His views were an expression of the fact that the law that established the OSP should be enhanced. Enhancement does not equate an attempt to gut the office as the Attorney General is trying to surreptitiously do. With Ghanaians are speaking out, the AG is now trying to shift the posts to say he is not trying to gut the OSP entirely but the harm has already been done.
