  Exactly @STOP IT. in addition this minister should get into the weeds of how ECG manages the customer in regards to power. Transformers knowingly being deployed to areas where capacity far exceeds the transformers capability, power outages that go beyond 24 hours, the ECG contact centre which today when you report an outage have no clue as whether this is a planned outage or not, how long you can expect the outage to last and so on. I mean the way ECG manages the domestic customer is a total joke and would not be tolerated in a proper seriously run management structure. They quite happily increase our bills every year but the quality of ECG's performance never changes. Jinpor needs to start to involve his oversight in the weeds of service assurance and quality on behalf of the domestic consumer or else don't come and tell us crap about using wattsup for fault reporting etc etc. Wrong priorities are being focussed on from a customers perspective.

  We do very well in this country to come up with suggestions on how to solve problems. Everyone talks big especially the air-heads on media stations. The Minister has just added his name to the list. Has he ever tried to send a message to ECG or GWCL by mail or on WhatsApp? Does he know of the inefficiency in which the units operate in responding to customers? Do their APPs even work satisfactorily on a consistent basis. Now government is to have a WhatsApp number to report outages. Which unit of government will be in charge of receiving the messages and FOLLOW THROUGH that the repairs are done properly in a timely manner? Eiiìiiiiiiiiii, my country...
