Their methods of operation is very bad but that does not means you divert public funds into your private account. Adu Boahene opened an account with similar name as Signal official account. AG have proved where the money landed into that account finally. AG have proved those who took and used the money. AG have proved what assets bought with the money and who benefited from those assets till they were frozen by EOCO. Defence Lawyer Atta Akyea is more interested in the embarrassing methods of operation in that institution like how they carry their money, how they financed their operations, lack of authority and few administrative mishaps and paying media bloggers and his favourite apps like Ghana web with those embarrassment. But forgetting that, it’s not public commenters like myself who will judge Adu Boahene in court .
