These Assemblies also, I won't be surprised if they they delayed granting the permits and charged serious monies on the side for approval. They often do this and rush to enforce the laws against nice buildings, but don't act against illegal shacks that are serious safety hazards to pedestrians and drivers. See the number of "Stop work" on such structures written over a year ago. It's difficult to sympathise with what they went through.
