Teachers, nurses and laborers are suffering in Ghana, they don’t get their minimum allowances in time, the government owns them, and yet the government has money to increase payments of chiefs, what kind of nonsense is that? School children don’t get enough food, no money but there is money for these useless things. Traditional leaders should not be use for political gains.

I advise him to watch the YouTube channel called "Bantucitydiaries" in order to get an idea of what he should be doing to put the country on track. Much of what is discussed in that YouTube channel are equally applicable to Ghana. We (in Ghana) exhibit all the shortfalls addressed in that channel. So Mr President watch the "Bantucitydiaries".

Transformation of the country should not be limited to "construction of roads" which of course is necessary but not sufficient. His inability to take swift decision is manifested in his inability to appoint a new Defence Minister since the demise of the former Minister more than 6 months ago. I perceive Mahama as a man with no sense of urgency. Just think of it. We're living in a turbulent world with wars all over and we do not have a Defense Minister. How reckless can one be as a leader?

An increment from 1000 to 3000 is not 300%. Percent increase= ((3000-1000)/1000) *100=200%. Stop misleading people with your percentage figures.

Manipulation of justice to their favour and selling of lands to multiple buyers.
I think every traditional ruler MUST give a detailed and published progress report for their input towards their ruling community.

Some of them are gainfully employed others are in their highly profitable businesses. Those who need the money are the teachers who have worked for over a year without salary. The nurses who have not been posted. If the government increases the allowance of traditional chiefs by 1 million percent and fails to pay teachers and other public workers it rather worsens the entire situation. Set your priorities well and stop the eye service.
