It's always either Chelsea or Tottenham. Of course racism is embedded in every institution in the white man's land, but some are very discreet or more discreet about it than others.

But do you think humans are donkeys or machines - designed solely for work and for creating economic value and nothing else? Humans are more than donkeys and machines. Humans have spirit and soul. And the needs of the spirit and soul must be taken care of. After all the work and creation of economic value, when you transit from this mortal life, where will your soul be?

I agree with you, and to be clear, I do not support racism in any form. But we also need to be honest with ourselves. In many cases, we discriminate within our own communities just as much, if not more, than what we criticise externally.
For example, how many Ashanti parents would genuinely be comfortable with their children marrying Ewes? How often do people look down on Northerners and treat it as normal? That is also a form of discrimination, even if we do not always call it out.
If we are serious about addressing racism, then it has to start with acknowledging these realities within our own communities as well. Otherwise, we risk focusing only on what others do while ignoring our own behaviour.
