  The PAC is corrupt: they have no moral rightv aside legal authority to scrutinise Govenrnment accounts to exact accountability. As I speak all the assemblies in the north and in other regions contributed huge sums of money to bribe them. I am an insider and a decision maker in the Assembly so I know what am talking about. The contribution vary from Meteopolitant, Municipal and ordinary Assembly. The more you contribut the you've treated with kick gloves. It's sad to see the chair person always lament on infractions and yet you have extorted money from this poor assemblies. Ine day I will confront the committee with evidence for the whole country to see: shame on to the committee.
