  The same nonsenses of political appointments every 4 years. It never solves problems and it never changes. By constitution, the practice of "Political Appointment" must be abolished and all top government officials must be "elected by votes", not appointed. So, that they can elected the president from among themselves which quickly and surely develop Ghana by expertise and competition with fairness that allows every honest good citizen to also serve in top positions of Ghana by equal right in government. That is the best form of a genuine democracy that solves problems. To be successful, you must do something unique that differs from most others by a special strategy. Nobody copies the same trend to be the winner or the leader without a uniquely crafted strategy for solution. Why do we repeat the same nonsense practice of political appointment that keeps us in circles of failure? Until the practice of political appointments is abolished by Members of Parliament via a new constitution or an amendment, most Ghanaians will continue to remain slaves and no developed nations of this world would respect leaders of Ghana when they travel abroad due to ignorance, corruption and inability to solve problems.   Ghana deserves to remain an enslaved nation for consistently practicing political appointments when it never solves problems but creates corruption, thefts, incompetence, failure and lack of progress. It is like most people born in Ghana are fools who cannot be redeemed or favored by God for ignorance as in Hosea 4:6. You keep repeating the same nonsense of practicing "political appointments", when it never solves problems but breeds corruption and lack of progress through "Loot & Share" by political gangsterism. J. J. Rawlings destroyed the genuine purpose of revolution by killing people and still practicing political appointments instead of abolishing political appointments. It tells me that he was only brave and not smart to solve problems. Rather than killing an ideology (Political Appointment) to solve problems, he instead killed innocent people for nothing by adopting the same practice of political appointments that amounted to nothing. It is 32 years since that concept called "Political Appointment" has destroyed the great purpose of democracy and rendered democracy "partially deceptive"
