If there is a glut of teachers, stop training more. Training of professionals must be need based. Worst of all we pay them allowances only to keep them sitting at home after training.

In sixties and seventies teachers were served with their registered numbers and postings before they left college. I still remember my trs. Registered numbers as 1164/75.
Were they paying you allawa when you were in training in 74/75?
