There is no equipment bought and 3 cheques were signed purposely to buy that particular equipment. The head of finance and other Directors there can use Adu Boahene private accounts for official business but that doesn’t mean the equipment with store receipts were bought. This is similar to Defence Ministry Frank Kpodo case where 6 Land cruisers allegedly bought with inventory store receipts but no cars can be found . The Defence Ministry case exposed because it happened at the month of change of government.. We are so good at paperwork forgery

Then fir your information s. 116 s.117 of the evidence act NRCD ACT 323 hearsay which are statement made outside the court is inadmissible go further s.51 and 52 talks about relevance and admissibility.
