The Great White Hope. The highest paid person in Ghana - a football coach. Let's see if he can perform the kind of magic that the teeming numbers of dumb football supporters expect of him.

Personally, I think that sacking the native Ghanaian coach a few weeks prior to the global tournament and after he had qualified the team for the World Cup, exposes the pervasive idiocy of officialdom in this country. And the reason the Ghanaian coach was sacked? The Black Stars lost two training matches. The reason is so stupid that I cannot help suspecting that somebody must have had a hand behind the scenes in this destabilizing coup to kill the enthusiasm of the highly talented team. A repeat of the same suspicious scenario took place when the Black Stars participated in the Brazil tournament.
