Let's admit that there's something wrong with the OSP seeking total prosecutorial lndependence, so as to pave the way for the right thing to be done. The SP is also appointed by the executive, and we have seen from the actions and pronouncements of Agyabeng that if the executive wishes, even under the current arrangements, the OSP can't have independence to operate. All we have achieved is creating a demagogic institution prone to the very corruption we wish for it to cute. So, let's get back to the drawing board.

  My lady I expected you to advocate for the separation of AG and Minister of Justice by constitutional amendments and the OSP setup. If something is wrong it is wrong. There was a problem at the beginning but we overlooked because of political exigency. Don't bring in emotional sentiment and party politicking. If the law says A why do you want the supreme Court to say it is B with what law? We know certain laws are bad and conflicting yet we looked on over 30 years until there is a problem before we fill in the gaps with emotions. Why? I don't buy your argument at all.
